We believe that compassionate care makes all the difference. At Central Omaha Therapy, we strive to offer therapy services that provide you validation, challenge, and collaboration. Choosing therapy can be a tough first step, but can lead to a quality of life, that gets you closer to your goals and emotional stability. We are willing to learn along side you, as you navigate some of the toughest challenges of your life. At your first visit you will be engaged in a thorough assessment and orientation to therapy. What does this look like? Completing paperwork, conversation about your overall health, and getting to know each other. Many meet their first therapy session with anxiety, apprehension, and even shame. At Central Omaha Therapy we are committed to providing you with a calm and inviting environment to start your therapeutic journey.
