THE 3 GOOD THINGS
Register and participate in The 3 Good Things community
People who are grateful tend to be happier and feel more fulfilled. In fact, past studies have shown that people who wrote down and shared what they were grateful for each night, for just one week, ended up being happier up to six months later.
The 3 Good Things app is an easy-to-use online gratitude journal that lets you jot down three things each day that have gone well or have made you happy. As time passes, you can look back over your entries to reflect on the positive moments in your life.
The 3 Good Things app also allows you to create groups of friends, families, or coworkers so each member can share their own uplifting moments.
Let's continue focusing on the positive. Together. (This content taken directly from https://the3goodthings.org/
INTERNATIONAL SURVIVORS OF SUICIDE LOSS DAY (ISOSLD OR SURVIVOR DAY)
November 23, 2024
This year's International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day (ISOSLD or Survivor Day) events may look different. However, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention still supports ISOSLD events around the world, in which survivors of suicide loss come together to find connection, understanding, and hope through their shared experience. To learn how loss survivors will be connecting in your area, please search for events by U.S. state/territory or country or those in the United States can visit their local AFSP chapter page.
Most events are for 18 years and above. However, please reach out to the local organizer for any questions.

NATIONAL FAMILY CAREGIVERS MONTH
November
Celebrated every November, National Family Caregivers Month (NFCM) is a time to recognize and honor family caregivers across the country. It offers an opportunity to raise awareness of caregiving issues, educate communities, and increase support for caregivers.
The national observance is spearheaded by Caregiver Action Network (CAN), a nonprofit that provides free education, peer support, and resources to family caregivers. CAN announced the 2021 theme, #CaregiverAnd which encourages family caregivers to celebrate the passions and interests that enrich their lives. This is a time to recognize and honor family caregivers across the country.
