In your therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems, improve thinking, mood, and behavior. We will work together to “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. Get in touch, to book an appointment. Current rate for 45 minute session is $220.

A Happier, Healthier You
Feeling a bit down lately and nothing seems to lift your spirits? It might be time to seek help from a licensed professional. Therapy sessions from your home or office via secure virtual healthcare services can expand your ability to get care when and where you need it. Currently serving those who live in Nebraska and Iowa via telehealth services. Some insurance providers require the initial visit to be in person, please check your coverage for details. EAP THERAPY
Short Term Skill Based Services
Your employer may offer you Employee Assistance Programming which allows for a limited number of therapy session. Central Omaha Therapy works with a number of insurers to provider short term therapy.
Where do I start? We recommend that you contact your EAP provider to get a referral and list of in-network providers. They will also provide you with a referral number to use for your visit.

COSTS
Quality care starts with transparency.
This is a list of associated costs of attending therapy sessions and others services offered at Central Omaha Therapy. Each person's therapy journey varies and the frequency/length of appointments will also vary.

Initial appointment/assessment: $240
60 minute appointment: $240
45 minute appointment: $220
30 minute appointment: $190
Late Cancellation/No show fee $75.00

If you are insured, Central Omaha Therapy encourages you to reach out to your insurance provider to ensure we are in-network and to clarify the amount of services you qualify for with your plan. Additional information you may want to verify is co-payment amount, co-insurance if applicable, and how much your current deductible amount is.
